Internal Sales Specialist

With a strong brand name and an excellent reputation for supplying quality bespoke products our client has undergone rapid expansion and growth in recent years. Due to this success they are keen to strengthen there busy sales department.
The Role
Based at their head offices in South Yorkshire you will play a key role this busy, demanding and fast moving team. The main purpose of this is to:
- Build and sustain excellent working relationships with customers, providing them a broad range of technical information and answering any questions they may have with regards to stock and deliveries.
- Product new products and services to a global customer base
- Process orders and ensuring customers orders are despatched in full and on time
- Work closely with the Business Development team on tenders for new contracts
About You
- A proven background in internal sales, you will have a proven background within a busy manufacturing or engineering environment
- An excellent communicator you will have the confidence to deal with a cross section of customers and internal colleagues
- To be consider for this role you will be an dynamic and forward thinking, pre-empting any problems that may arise regarding orders
- Solid administration skills will be supported by a high level of IT literacy and a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
